Matt was born and raised in Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa. He and his family immigrated to the U.S. in pursuit of the "American Dream," an ideal that motivates him daily. He attended the Del E. Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. After graduating ASU, Matt joined Beniton as a Project Engineer, spent time working in the Pre-construction Department, and is now a key Project Manager. Matt enjoys building long-term relationships with our clients and subcontractors and is actively involved in the local community. He is a former Vice President of the West Ada Education Foundation Board of Directors and volunteers his time coaching youth rugby.
