The Beniton Integrated Project Delivery Team incorporates a philosophy that adheres to the LEAN construction principles and is organized to provide assistance from project conceptualization through funding/financing & Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) negotiation, detailed design, constructability reviews, procurement, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and general construction and on to project commissioning and start-up. Beniton will provide the Project Management for this team. Beniton has a proven Project Management and Administration system in place. Utilization of the best software, staff, and procedures available allows them to manage a project with a seamless transition from conception through completion.
